Human Knot

Participants stand in a circle and randomly grab hands with others, forming a complex human knot. The team must untangle the knot through communication and collaboration without letting go of hands. This classic game tests teamwork and communication skills.

   Have all participants stand in a tight circle

2. 2

   Each person extends their right hand and grabs another person's hand (not adjacent)

3. 3

   Then extend left hand and grab a different person's hand

4. 4

   Now you have formed a complex human knot

5. 5

   Team must untangle the knot through ducking, stepping over, and turning without letting go

6. 6

   Final goal is to form one or more circles
